Supported e-Defter document types

Auto detect identifies Berat documents from the XML root element and distinguishes Yevmiye Defteri from Defter-i Kebir using the document's entriesType value.

The selected XML is transformed with a built-in, read-only XSLT template. Uploaded custom XSLT files are not accepted, which keeps the viewer predictable and safer to use.

How to use the e-Defter XML viewer

Choose an XML file, select the matching document type or leave auto detect enabled, then render the file as an HTML preview. The viewer uses built-in XSLT templates for Berat, Yevmiye Defteri and Defter-i Kebir files so the same XML can be inspected in a more readable layout.

The preview is useful when you need a quick visual check before archiving, sharing a support example or reviewing whether the selected file appears to match the expected e-Defter document type.
